How to find freshers & less experienced persons to find a jobs in GCC Countries (Engineering, Other Graduates and Diploma Holders)  

To get a job in GCC countries, especially for fresh and less experienced persons, is not an easy task. 

Since I have more than thirty years of experience and have worked in all GCC countries, I would like to share my experience and some of the tips to find a better-suited job. first of all, you should have confidence, patience, and a proper strategy.

Prior to going to a particular country, for instance, the UAE, you need to know the following:
  • Visa expenses 
  • Return tickets 
  • Accommodation for two or three months (bed space) 
  • Transportation expenses 
  • Food Expenses 
  • Telephone Charges 
  • Other Miscellaneous Expenses  

Visa Expenses 

After allotting the amount, it is better to apply your visit/job seeker visa through your reliable relatives/friends; in case of no relatives or friends, it is always better to apply for your visa through a reliable. Approximate cost for the visa AED 1200 

Air Ticket 

After obtaining a visa, you need to book the return ticket; the return date always will be one or two days before the visa validity. the approximate cost for the return ticket from India - Tamil Nadu to UAE (Dubai) will be AED 1600 (Cheaper Airlines). 

Accommodation Expenses

Getting accommodation for bachelors in UAE is a hard task; if you try in a smart way, you can definitely find good bachelor accommodation. If possible, you stay in your friends/relatives accommodation for a few days and then search for your accommodation.

For those who do not have any friends/relatives, it is better to stay budget hotels for bachelors. Now some travel agencies are providing visas with accommodation in the UAE for a reasonable amount. Approximate cost for the two months (AED 600 x 2 Months) AED 1200

Transportation Expenses 

The transportation cost in UAE based on the mode of transport; you can travel by bus, metro or taxi, it is advisable to prefer the metro and bus; taxi costs will be expensive.

In case of urgency to attend the interview for a particular place that is not accessible by bus or metro, use a taxi. The approximate cost for transportation will be AED 200 x 2 months = AED 400  

Food Expenses 

Always avoid eating regularly in the restaurant when you are on a visit visa. It will be expensive; it's better to find a mess and eat on a monthly basis or join in the monthly mess in the restaurant. Approximate cost for the food AED 300 x 2 months = AED 600 

Telephone Charges

Other Miscellaneous Expenses
