Most of the Freshers are not ready to upgrade their skills after Completion of Study
Now a days freshers are not having interest to learn new technical skills based on the job demands. they are just wasting the time in social media without any goal to achieve their goal.
They are interested to get good job with high salary but the effort to put to obtain the same is very limited. Based on your study, you have to choose your field after your completion study.
I have noticed lot engineering graduates working in service-oriented field such as delivery boy, taxi driver etc., Actually what happened to these graduates? why they are not getting required job? If you take an example, in India, Tamil Nadu alone, approximately around 400 Engineering Colleges are existing, and the passed students are around 400 x 300 mechanical students, approximately 1,20,000 students are coming to the job market every year in Tamil Nadu alone in engineering degree. think about other engineering branches, engineering diploma holders, arts, science graduates and others, so every year lakhs of students are coming to the job market, how you will tackle the job market? if you are not smart, you will not get the job based on your skills.
