The Scope of work (SOW) is the description of the work need to perform based on the Client's requirements.
It will cover the following items:
- Specification
- Drawings
- Project Schedule
- Confirmation of Clarifications
- Others

1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 GENERAL
This document covers the detailed Scope of Works for Electrical Installation, Testing and
Commissiong including residual engineering design for the facility.
2.0 SCOPES OF SUPPLY / DESIGN
2.1 GENERAL
Electrical Works include but not limited to the residual design and engineering procurement
and supply of materials, installation, testing, commissioning of all electrical items including all
free issued Electrical tagged items and necessary liaising and meeting with local authority
requirements, Pre-commissioning, commissioning & start-up and remedying any defect(s)
therein. Tenderer (Typical) residual shall also carryout engineering, supply of all cables,
lighting, earthing, lightning protection system, bulk materials & consumables, fabrication,
erection, site inspection with all necessary accessories/attachments for the facility.
2.2 DETAILED REQUIREMENT
The following sections outline the Electrical scope of works required for the development of the
Project. This document shall be read in conjunction with all issued Electrical drawings and
documents and other discipline drawings and documents.
2.2.1 RESIDUAL ENGINEERING
The tender’s scope shall include residual engineering for following works
1. Cable / cable tray routing and details
2. Lighting system installation
3. Earthing system installation
4. Lightning protection system installation
5. Field / site engineer.
Engineering documents provided are intended to assist in the interpretation of the electrical
works required for the project. Residual design and engineering as mentioned below is the
responsibility of the Tenderer.
All the conclusions and recommendation based on the EIA and HAZOP report shall be
incorporated in the design.
It is Tenderer responsibility to perform site survey and field verify all relevant locations, sites
relating to the Works, and location of the proposed facilities indicated in the drawings.
